Imagine having a place to unwind, to pray, to study, to celebrate, and to shmooze... Welcome to the Comunity Shul at Chabad. At Chabad of the North Shore there is no synagogue, only a "Shul". The Shul is Yiddish for "place of prayer and study". It is more of a home than a synagogue... a home for any Jew looking for a warm and spiritual place to grow and study. At the Shul at Chabad, there is no set membership and no assigned seats, EVERYONE is welcome.

Walking into the Shul, the first thing you'll notice are the people. You will see smiles, hugs, and warm handshakes as people greet each other. It is an intimate and spirited group. There are families, singles, seniors, and lots of children. There are Jews from all walks of life, backgrounds and affiliations. People come to Chabad for the sense of community they feel here. There are no judgements or expectations. You don't need to read Hebrew or be familiar with the services. If you are Jewish and want a place to express your soul, you are welcome here
